2-Day Performance Flex Membership
Consistent Development. Built for Real Schedules.
Designed for athletes who want structured, high-level training but need flexibility around school, travel, and competition schedules.
Train two days per week—Friday plus one additional weekday of your choice—with full access to our professionally designed performance programming during those sessions. Each training block is intentional, efficient, and aligned with where athletes are in the baseball calendar.
This is not random gym access or static workouts. Programming evolves throughout the year to support long-term athletic development, ensuring players are always training the right way at the right time.

Why This Membership Works
This option bridges the gap between weekly lessons and full-time academy training.
Instead of paying for short, isolated sessions, athletes receive multiple hours of guided, progressive training each week, allowing them to:
Build strength, speed, and mobility over time
Stay consistent through travel and game-heavy periods
Maintain arm health and physical readiness during the season
Develop habits and routines that support long-term performance
It delivers far more value than once-per-week lessons, without the commitment or schedule demands of unlimited training.
Who This Is For
Athletes with busy schedules or frequent travel
Players who want structured development without daily training
Families looking for a cost-effective alternative to lessons
Athletes who want to stay physically prepared year-round, not just in the off-season
If you want consistent progress, smart programming, and flexibility—this is the most practical way to train.
