Standby Performance – 1 Day Per Week Membership
Flexible access to structured, professional performance training—without a fixed weekly schedule.
This membership provides one training day per week on a standby basis, based on daily availability and open space within scheduled training blocks. Sessions are not guaranteed and must fit within current capacity.
When athletes attend, they participate in our coach-led, seasonally adjusted performance programming, designed to support long-term athletic development across the baseball calendar.
This is not open gym access. Training follows intentional programming aligned with the phase of the season.
What’s Included
• Up to 1 training day per week (standby only, based on availability)
• Up to 2 hours per session when space allows
• No guaranteed day or time
• No Saturday training
• Seasonally adjusted programming, including:
– Off-season strength, movement, and velocity development
– Pre-season ramp-up and readiness
– In-season maintenance, arm care, and recovery
– Post-season reset and rebuild
• 24/7 facility access when not in use (starting February)
• No lesson or small-group class discounts
